My girlfriend was approached by the coffee predator on Tuesday 11th March on K st, NW, and thankfully told him to go away.
This guy needs to be stopped. He’s been doing this for years and clearly has unpleasant motives- I know people have had extremely vulgar messages from him when he’s been able to get their phone number.
