“Dear PoPville,

16th St Heights used to be a great place to live when it was a neighborhood, but nowadays it’s a construction zone, with multiple contractors cutting and digging and generally causing a racket five and sometimes six days a week. Particularly troublesome is that some of the work is a repeat of what another contractor had already cut or dug up, at taxpayer and ratepayer expense. (more…)
