I live in a small 6 unit boutique building in DC. We had been self managed for years with just a ‘president’ and he recently sold his condo. We are looking for property management, mainly just to collect and pay the monthly bills (less than 4 per month, on average), recommend any building maintenance, be available if need be if there’s an emergency and all 6 owners are not around (very rare).
