“Dear PoPville,

This is one of two Christmas trees (the other is in a treebox) near the corner of Park Place and Otis Place NW, both of which have been hanging around since January, pre-Snowcrete. (The fence for the Old Soldier’s Home.)

When I called 311, I was told Christmas tree pickup was over and any trees in the alley for regular trash pickup will be taken if space allows.(more…)
