Unfortunately there have been a few reports of this happening to others and Samara shares this article: “Apple AirTags Can Be Used for Stalking, Other Crimes” (more…)

Dear PoPville

“Dear PoPville,

Can you help me find this Good Samaritan? I lost my keys Saturday and spent at least 30 minutes desperately stressing out: retracing my steps over and over, crawling in the grass wherever I could have dropped them, coming up with any and every contingency plans i could. There, on the passenger seat, is a doggy bag with my keys inside. I can’t tell you how much my mind is blown and my heart warmed by this astounding act of thoughtfulness and kindness. I would love thank this amazingly thoughtful and kind stranger for this blessing!”

Klune and V.E. Schwab, both authors with recently famous titles, but who also have large catalogs of great stories most people don’t know about. (more…)

And so signals the start of snakes falling out of trees season. May they eat all the rats.

If you spot a hawk, any interesting wildlife or celebrity skateboarder Tony Hawk, and get a good photo please send in an email where you spotted them to [email protected]. Thanks! Hawks around Town is made possible by a generous grant from the Ben and Sylvia Gardner foundation.
