16th St Heights used to be a great place to live when it was a neighborhood, but nowadays it’s a construction zone, with multiple contractors cutting and digging and generally causing a racket five and sometimes six days a week. The Triumph Trek at the Rio is the ultimate celebration of strength, recovery and hope — and everyone is invited.
