But please no personal attacks and no need to correct people’s grammar. This is a place to vent and/or celebrate things about daily life in D.C.

“Dear PoPville,
Have you already sourced recommendations for which contractor to use for this DC program? If not, would you? We got approved and now need to pick one of their contractors, will need someone who will replace the patio they will need to tear up, so hoping to find the good one in the list.”

“Dear PoPville,
The National Park Service has started cutting down the second tranche of trees on the Rock Creek park golf course – ~600 native, healthy trees including ~100 heritage trees (more than 100” of circumference) like this one.”

“Dear PoPville,
I’m reaching out to let you know that the IATSE part of IMP (Box office and production staff) are still seeking the same pathway towards union recognition IMP gave to door staff, bartenders, hospitality, and kitchen staff.
We are still seeking the same path towards recognition. We are hoping that the public could show their support for us by emailing [email protected] to voice their support for box office and production staff.”

This is always a great event!
