Just thought I should pass along the following as a warning to others in DC. I have one of those Master padlocks hanging on the railing out in front of my building, containing a spare set of keys for guests, housekeeper, lockouts, etc. It’s the same padlock I see all over town, as I think a lot of people use it for similar purposes.
