“This incident happened Sunday night around 8:30pm. I was in the car with my boyfriend, stopped at the light on the corner of 13th and U St NW. All of a sudden we heard a crash and saw that my windshield had been smashed. At first I thought it was gunshots so we quickly drove away to compose ourselves.
