Dear PoPville

“Dear PoPville,

Sitting in Logan Circle reading a book – guy with giant amp pulls up on bike blasting music and sits on a bench. Zero social awareness. Everyone else in the park gets up and leaves. What’s the end game here? Attention? Other people noticing? Of course nobody is gonna say anything we all just have to find somewhere else to go. 311 can’t do anything until after dark. Frustrating since it’s a nice day and Logan has plenty of seating and shade.”
