Local 16’s website still says: “We are temporarily closed for winter “hibernation” and planning to reopen soon. We will post updates here once we decide on opening date.”
Last we heard Local 16 was hoping to reopen in June. I’ve emailed the owner and will update when I hear back.

“Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) said she is very pleased that the House today passed her amendment to the fiscal year 2022 Legislative Branch Appropriations bill to prohibit the U.S. Capitol Police from enforcing the prohibition on scooters at the Capitol complex. The House subsequently passed the bill.
