I believe these are below market rate homes of some sort at 8th and T Sts NW. Overall they present well, blending in nicely with the area but if you look through the windows, the architect put the interior stairs in front of the windows! This defeats the purpose of having windows. There are windows that aren’t blocked on the other side but why on earth would you not use the interior wall to host the stairs?” Read More

This new building on the corner of Sherman around Lamont has been taking months to go up, but it somehow keeps getting uglier and uglier. Who approved this monstrosity?”
The old Washington Post building and future Fannie Mae Headquarters located at 15th and L St, NW is starting to look pretty dope. With a bright blue sky it will look even doper.
