Just wondering what’s the deal with the group of people (mostly guys) hanging out right outside Union Station on their motorized mopeds? Looks like they are doing food deliveries?
Are they renting the scooters from there, or is it a more informal hangout? Just curious, as I pass by there on my commute. It’s added an extra dimension to worrying about cars/pedestrians/bicyclists.”
