We hope to open the space this Winter as a wine bar and small restaurant with wines and ciders made, under Sam’s direction, by ANXO Cider, paired with plates from Chef Iulian that will feature foraged and farmed ingredients of exceptional quality, with a focus on local and transparent sourcing.
