My little brother, Kenny Jimenez Rivera, just 26 years old, suffered a tragic accident in the 4100 block of Kansas Avenue NW, northeast of Washington, D.C., while working with his girlfriend. They were riding an electric bicycle when they were struck by a garbage truck, leaving them critically injured.
