Back in January we spoke a bit about Philly Wing Fry in Union Market. Thanks to Grant for sending word on the liquor license placard posted:

“A new quick-service restaurant in the Union Market complex that will serve Philly cheese steaks. Occupancy Load of 99 with no seats. Joint use of common area with other Union Market merchants consisting of 85 indoor seats and a Summer Garden with 80 seats.”

“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with a Lewd and Indecent Acts offense that occurred on Monday, February 11, 2019, in the 400 block of L Street, Northeast.

At approximately 8:00 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect exposed himself to the victim then committed a lewd act. (more…)



June 2018 sighting

“Dear PoPville,

It’s been awhile since we had an update on the NoMa flasher. Well, he’s back, this time on L Street NE. Same description of the guy as previous posts. Last Monday he was on L Street NE near Abbey Place NE around 8:20am, and he had his dick out and was masturbating openly in public until I yelled at him to stop. Today, he was on L Street near 4th Street NE also around 8:15am and started to put his hands down his pants before I yelled at him again.

I’ve called MPD about these two incidents.
