Yesterday the band Guster asked: “Three days in DC. Please to send all weird and wonderful food/coffee/exhibits/record stores/walks/architecture/etc recs this way.

“Unfortunately, our restaurant had a kitchen fire a couple of months ago resulting in a closure for the foreseeable future.
It looks like the restaurant won’t be able to reopen until next spring.”
Thanks to Mike for sending: “The note on the door has been there since the summer, so pretty dated. I walked by yesterday and Philotimo is still closed form the kitchen fire they had in the summer. Do know if they will reopen?” (more…)
