Another reader writes: “AMERICAN BEST WINGS AND LIQUOUR STORE COMING AT 3651 Georgia ave. Previously called Lacovelle cafe & Liquor. The owner also owns different restaurants including the famous Shrimp boat plaza serving seafood, soul food and now actually they also add ledo pizza on that location.
