The French restaurant comes from Fady Saba, known for the eclectic cocktail bar L’Annexe just next door, and Chef Giles Epié, who was the youngest ever Michelin-starred chef in his native France.
Epié’s storied career includes everything from a nod as Best New Chef by Food & Wine Magazine, to cooking for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, to running the kitchen at the Turtle Bay Resort, a 5-star luxury hotel in Oahu, Hawaii.
