Atlas Performing Arts Center is a known hub for arts in the district. Our bar and café has been closed since before the pandemic and we’re delighted to announce its reopening to the public. I walked by City Tap House on Connecticut Ave NW, south of Dupont Circle, and noticed it was dark and empty inside. Which I thought was odd, especially on a weekend. These signs were in the window. Looks like DC Health closed them temporarily for “violation of the DC food code regulations”, and the restaurant is claiming it’s due to “not having an updated business license”. (more…)

Full breakfast menu (think eggs, omelettes, pancakes, et cetera); not just pastry’s, sandwiches, or avant garde foods,
Reasonably priced ($15 per person not including tip); yes, we can afford more, but we’re really looking for a hole in the wall with solid food.
