From an email:

Boulangerie Saint Georges is an authentic French bakery bringing traditional French baking techniques to Capitol Hill. The bakery’s pastries and breads are crafted daily by a French pastry chef and a baker, with everything made in-house from viennoiserie and pastries to breads, sandwiches, and seasonal offerings.

The space includes a large, dog-friendly patio and is designed to feel like a true neighborhood boulangerie, welcoming both commuters and locals throughout the day.

We’ll be opening on Saturday, April 11.
