I have a neighbor whose front yard plants have overgrown the sidewalk – we’re talking 50% or more of the available space, which puts pedestrians within 12 inches of a busy road. Conversations with this neighbor with polite requests to trim the vegetation have not gone anywhere. It’s not an otherwise abandoned or unkempt property. Read More
