A reimagined version of ARP’s popular Arlington eatery of the same name, this exciting addition to Washington D.C.’s culinary scene will welcome guests starting March 14, offering a unique amalgamation of global flavors and local artistic talent.

Join DC Road Runners for the Run Better, Run Smarter Workshop at Balance Gym in Buzzard’s Point. The workshop is a comprehensive hands‑on (feet-on?) training experience designed for runners of all levels—from first‑timers to seasoned athletes preparing for fall races like the Army Ten-Miler, Marine Corps Marathon, and National Capital 20 Miler.

This workshop brings together industry experts, in coaching, strength training and HYROX, mobility and injury prevention, sports nutrition, and heart health.
