“Dear PoPville,
For at least 4 months now, tenants of QH apartments have been dealing with the most foul smell ever. It’s like rat sh!t meets a dead animal(s) And it has leaked into the elevator, stairwell, laundry room, gym, etc. Management doesn’t care. They think cleaning at 2am is suffice and yet we’ve all continued to suffer from the smell. Some residents have even seen rats running around the gym and in the ceilings above.
