“There were two Robbery incidents that occurred in close proximity this evening [Sunday, Nov. 22]. The first incident was at 14th & East Capitol St. SE at about 5:42 PM. The victim was unloading a bicycle from the back of his car when he looked up and observed two juvenile suspects sitting the car’s front seats rummaging about.
