From an email: “As you may know, we had a fire at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bourbon Steak last Saturday. Our staff courageously packed up the food and ended up moving two weddings to the Watergate. With pretty extensive damage our team was devastated about when they would be able to return to work. The biergarten will feature a carefully curated menu. New items like natural bratwurst, gourmet hot dogs, watermelon feta salad with a lemon dressing and a watermelon gazpacho will be available for outdoor dining. In addition the new menu will feature local beers from DC, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia as well as a signature cocktail menu featuring DC distilled spirits.
