“Church Hall opening pop-up biergarten on Georgetown canal”

“Church Hall DC, the American beer hall and neighborhood destination located at Georgetown Park, is opening a pop-up biergarten along Georgetown’s historic C&O canal this Wednesday, August 19th.

The biergarten will feature a carefully curated menu. New items like natural bratwurst, gourmet hot dogs, watermelon feta salad with a lemon dressing and a watermelon gazpacho will be available for outdoor dining. In addition the new menu will feature local beers from DC, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia as well as a signature cocktail menu featuring DC distilled spirits. Frozen margaritas will also be available at the pop-up.

Located at 3223 Grace Street is a large outdoor courtyard and the pop-up will accommodate groups of up to six people. The courtyard features red brick archways, iron gates, and manicured flower beds, and enjoys a view over the C&O Canal. They will be open Wednesday through Friday from 4-10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12-10pm.

To ensure the safety of everyone that visits, Church Hall will be following all DC Reopening Guidelines. Contactless ordering and hand sanitizer will be available and all staff will be wearing masks. In addition, reservations can be made here.”
