From an email: “As you may know, we had a fire at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bourbon Steak last Saturday. Our staff courageously packed up the food and ended up moving two weddings to the Watergate. With pretty extensive damage our team was devastated about when they would be able to return to work. We came together as a team and made lemons into lemonade by developing a very casual pop up concept run from Eno and into our garden.
Our chef Sebastien Giannini is from the south of France and quickly made a menu and our front of house team did all the branding and concept. The space is a real DC hidden gem.”
