“So I just walked by the (former) Dupont 7-11 and noticed there was no longer a sign on the door and it appeared to be open. Walked in to find half the store cleared out, but a single guy sitting behind the counter staring at his phone. He said 7-11 is gone but they are going to re-open as an independent bodega-type store.

16th St Heights used to be a great place to live when it was a neighborhood, but nowadays it’s a construction zone, with multiple contractors cutting and digging and generally causing a racket five and sometimes six days a week.
