My friend, Timoteo Murphy is an artist and needs some help from his community. He was stabbed 9 times by a stranger on June 7th in Dupont Circle. He saved his friend and fellow artist from being sexually assaulted. The attacker has been apprehended but my friend . The link has all the details of the incident. He’s active community member and such a good soul. I really want him to focus on healing instead of trying to make money.”

YO!! Peek Inside Bon Beke’s opening soon in the former Bethesda Bagels space on Connecticut

I peeked in the window of the soon to open Bagels and Baguettes (in the old Bethesda Bagels space) on Connecticut Ave in Dupont. The owner was inside and graciously let me snap a few photos of the interior (see below.) She said they’re waiting on a few permits but hope to be open in the next few weeks, sometime in July!
