“Dear PoPville,

Any intel on the boulangerie moving into the Radici space? They’ve been working on it for seemingly forever. This (above) is essentially how the place has looked for MONTHS. I haven’t been able to see inside since they started work, but I heard they’re gutting the place?”

Good news to share! “We’re still waiting on the final Certificate of Occupancy and then we’re going to be good to go!

UPDATE: “Our new location will be at 1427 H street NW under the same ownership, former Wizards player Kyle Kuzma and his business partner/private chef, Joe Perez.

We are currently busy prepping the space and building our team for the new location, and while we don’t have an opening date just yet, we’re super excited to continue serving the DC community and expanding into new neighborhoods!”

Ed. Note: The most recent Pret closure (1828 L Street, NW) prior to this one was reported on back in December.

Pret a Manger opened the 18th and M St, NW location back in February 2016. Prior to Pret the space was home to a Caribou coffee.
