I was wondering if we could crowdsource Thanksgiving sandwiches in DC. It seems that a lot of the sub shops that used to have them (Your Only Friend/Fight Club/Capproitti’s) have all closed. Good news about Dolce Vita opening in the former Ghibellina space on 14th, from an email:
“it’s the Lahlou Restaurant Group team (Lupo Verde, Lupo Pizzeria etc). Guests can expect an elevated fusion menu of four countries across the Mediterranean coast: Morocco, Italy, Spain, and Greece.”
Hours are currently Sunday through Thursday 5pm to 11pm; Saturday and Friday 5pm to midnight.
“Dolce Vita at its core is an ode to owner Med Lahlou’s cultural heritage from the Mediterranean coast highlighting four countries: Italy, Morocco, Spain, and Greece.
