Perhaps you can help me out with this – it’s been bugging me.

I’ve attached a photo below, on the left you’ll see a new building in the Linq complex in Las Vegas, NV. It opened in 2014. On the right you’ll see the old Hecht Company Warehouse, built in 1937 on New York Avenue.

How on earth did this happen? Is it an homage?
