“Power’s out in like all or most of Dupont. Pepco says they’re working on it, but the phillips is closed for the day, probably others too.”

C. reported around last night (Wed.): “Car (driver) flipped over on Rock Creek Parkway around 5pm. Couldn’t make out the license plate even though we all know it had to be Maryland.”
It had been 18 days since we last posted a driver who flipped their car. Scratch that, it was seven days…
