I live at 16th and R streets NW and I’m used to a lot of street noise, but recently (as in right now, 7:56pm on 4/27) I’m hearing what sounds like a loud outdoor concert. Sorry I don’t have more details to share with you, but a man tried to grab me from behind at 15th and N NW this morning. I was on a jog and he was standing between two cars and jumped out at me as I was running past.
