“Dear PoPville,
Sorry I don’t have more details to share with you, but a man tried to grab me from behind at 15th and N NW this morning. I was on a jog and he was standing between two cars and jumped out at me as I was running past. He tried to grab me around my chest/shoulders, which he easily could have done if I wasn’t already running. He yelled at me as I was running away,
but I didn’t catch most of it (he might have said something about a dog).
I also didn’t get a great look at him because it all happened so quickly, but he was in his 30s or 40s, not super tall (under 6′), and had on quite a few layers of clothes (including multiple jackets around his waist).
