Alan Henney reported: “DOUBLE SHOOTING WITH AUTOS AND RESIDENCE STRUCK BY GUNFIRE AS WELL— in the area of 18th St and Benning Rd NE-DC. At least two found shot so far; BOTH are still conscious.”
