A reader reports at 8:41am: “Just got offloaded on red line at Rhode Island bc someone was hit by train there.”
From WMATA:
“Red Line: Trains are single tracking between Rhode Island Ave and NoMa-Gallaudet because of a trespasser struck by a train at Rhode Island Avenue. Expect delays in both directions. Some trains will offload at strategic locations to minimize train traffic.”

“Café Cino, a locally-owned boutique café brewing specialty coffee and tea, announced today that it will open its first brick-and-mortar location at the Bridge District. ICYMI: Over the summer we broke the news that Call Your Mother would be opening an Adams Morgan location. CYM coming soon signage went up on November 4th.

Their new liquor license placard says:
