What’s Your Favorite Food in Nats Park?

“Dear PoPville,

Attending the Nats game next Friday and will not have time to eat beforehand like I normally try to do (great restaurants within feet of the park!)

I saw that Nats Park has upgraded its concessions and new additions include ChiKo, Medium Rare, DC Empanadas, and lobster rolls. Curiously, there are aren’t really reviews of any of the new options available online from actual game goers. I’d love to know what food is recommended by the popville community inside the stadium.”

Ed. Note: Mine is 100% ChiKo.

“The First District is currently investigating an assault that occurred at approximately 3:30 am in the 100 block of K Street SE. The complainant got into a dispute with a group of individuals, ultimately leading to the complainant being assaulted. Shots Fired, Car Struck 6:40 pm in SW near Nats Park and Audi Field

“This evening at approximately 6:40 p.m., officers from the First District responded to the 1500 block of 1st Street SW for the report of possible shots being fired. Once on scene, officers located several shell casings. While conducting this investigation, officers located a vehicle that had also been struck in the unit block of O St SW. (more…)

“At approximately 4:30 pm an individual was exiting his residence in the 1400 block of 1st St SW when he was approached by 2 subjects. One subject demanded money from the individual who refused. The individual whose back was to the subject heard him chamber a round in a gun. (more…)
