Can you do a follow up on the “Suspects Sought in Kidnapping while Armed (Gun) Offenses in the Third and Fourth Districts”?
I found someone’s phone in front of my house (14th and Allison St NW). It turned out to be a neighbor who was jumped, kidnapped and taken to different ATMs to get money out.
This happened Thursday morning, 1:09 am, my Nest doorbell captured it.

Third District
· On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at approximately 10:30 pm, the suspects approached the victim in the 1300 block of Corcoran Street, Northwest. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and additional suspects forced the victim inside of a vehicle. On Sunday afternoon around 4PM, my partner and I were walking South on 14th near T street. Around the intersection, we both saw a woman walking in the middle of the sidewalk toward us, and both chose to go around her in opposite directions (this was a narrow part of the sidewalk right by the little outdoor pods outside Bresca). The woman bee-lined directly toward me while mumbling something inaudibly, and as I tried to avoid a head-on collision, she open palm punched me on the side of the head, with a bag in her hand, which pushed me against a big trashcan on the sidewalk.
