Last night, I noticed tall fencing being put up along Rock Creek Parkway by the Kennedy Center and along Virginia Avenue near the Watergate. I drove past today on 66E, which was gridlocked because RCP was closed and barricaded by dumpster trucks and cops. Any idea what’s going on?”

“At approximately 8:30 am this morning, a DOJ contractor was walking outside of the Foggy Bottom Metro stop during his morning commute to the Bond Building. The contractor was struck by an assailant and continued to be assaulted until he was on the ground. (more…)
