I live in a small 6 unit boutique building in DC. We had been self managed for years with just a ‘president’ and he recently sold his condo. We are looking for property management, mainly just to collect and pay the monthly bills (less than 4 per month, on average), recommend any building maintenance, be available if need be if there’s an emergency and all 6 owners are not around (very rare). I’d like to thank the woman who walked over in the rain to leave my HelloFresh box at my building front desk. She had refrigerated it over the weekend. All I know is she lives on the 400 block of some street in DC that is not mine. Thank you!”
