Recently our local Compass Coffee has had three times more staffers in the shop, but not a one knew how to make coffee. Not raining on anyone for being new, but what happened to pairing newbies with experienced staff to provide training?
Throwing a multitude off the pier seems to be their new training program! And where are our familiar faces?
