It’s now happened multiple times – a marching band down 13th st on a Wednesday night. Any idea what’s going on?”

Another reader asks: “do you know anything about the marching band / parade in NW today around 7 pm? i saw them on 11th between R and S. it made my day.”

I’m guessing it’s practice for the annual United House of Prayer Memorial Day Parade.
