Thanks to Terry for sending from 4th and Indiana Ave, NW.
As one who has been documenting A LOT of dangerous driving over the years, all I can say is this:
We’re gonna need a third sign…

Thanks to Dr. K for sending around 9am from: “Shaw at Rhode Island and R Street, NW. I really can’t explain it. 3 police cars are there – not sure if anyone got hurt.”

“Dear PoPville,
Someone parked in front of no-parking signs for so long that they actually repaved *around* the car!
What surprises me the most is that the city (or the construction contractors doing the work) never had the car towed, even though it’s been easily a week or more.
Does anyone know what’s happening with all the road/construction work around the neighborhood the last 6 months or so? I saw one sign on 4th St SE saying water line replacement, but none of the other streets have signs, and have heard various rumors.”

Ana reports above: “NH/21st/M St NW. I should note the protected bike lane, the ghost bike already on the corner where someone was killed by a truck and that this is five blocks from where Shawn was killed earlier this week.” (more…)

Thanks to Nils for sending from the Mall above.
Thanks to The man who discovered the blood moons is here for sending the attempt at camouflage below from Rock Creek just south of P street bridge: (more…)

In the proverbial poker game against the coming Wegmans, Giant would like to raise but they might be bluffing… (more…)

Thanks to Monica for sending from 14th and V Street, NW just after 2pm: “several loud booms and DC fire reacted quickly. Fire already looks to be almost out.”
Matt also caught the action: (more…)

Thanks, I think, to Mustafa for sending: “DC living is hard!”
The rats are getting so big this is apparently becoming a thing…
