“Dear PoPville,

I’m looking for recommendations for dry-cleaners. Specifically, any that specialize in smells. I have a good daily one, love them (shout out to Q n Q on V St) but I have a thrifted vintage item that has some serious storage funk that could probably use some extra special love and attention. I was just wondering if anyone had any similar experience and could give a recommendation? Thanks so much!”

“After nearly a decade rolling along H Street NE, the DC Streetcar is nearing its final stop. On Sunday, March 29, the public is invited to gather for “The Last Ride,” a send-off that leans into humor, nostalgia, and just a little bit of chaos.

Last week we shared the, what was to be a bit, premature news from PopUp Bagels:

“We’re excited to announce that PopUp Bagels, the “Not Famous, but Known®” bagel shop, will open its first Washington D.C. store in Georgetown at 1078 Wisconsin Avenue NW on March 27. Please note, due to construction timelines, the confirmed opening dates can be slightly influx and could be subject to change.”

Alas, March 27th was indeed influx. I’m now told that date is no longer on track but an April opening is the goal and we’ll be given one week notice so as not to miss it. Just a little bit longer!
