From Kathmandu Tapas and Cocktails:

Kathmandu Tapas & Cocktails is bringing the flavors of the Himalayas to weekend brunch with the debut of a new brunch menu beginning Saturday, August 1. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the menu showcases Chef Shiva Nepal’s modern take on traditional Nepali cuisine alongside handcrafted cocktails inspired by the region.

Designed for sharing and discovery, the brunch menu blends authentic Himalayan flavors with familiar brunch favorites. Signature offerings include the Bottomless Himalayan Rice Table,

a customizable Nepali feast featuring your choice of chicken, goat, or vegan curry served with lentils, seasonal vegetables, Nepali pickles, fresh salad, and unlimited rice; the MoMo Chowmein Thali, featuring four styles of the restaurant’s signature momos—steamed, kothey, chili, and fried—paired with flavorful chowmein noodles; and brunch classics with a Nepali twist, including Vanilla Pustakari French Toast topped with traditional Nepali milk fudge and the Himalayan Omelette & Spiced Mountain Potatoes.

Complementing the menu is Kathmandu’s signature cocktail program, created by Head Bartender José Cox, featuring bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis, as well as the Titaura Bloody Mary, Naspati Martini, Himalayan Mule, and Bhogate & Honey Spritz, alongside the restaurant’s popular signature cocktails, premium Nepali tea flights, specialty coffee, and zero-proof beverages.

“Our goal was to create a brunch experience that feels both familiar and adventurous,” said owner Dipesh Acharya. “We wanted guests to enjoy traditional Nepali flavors in a format that encourages sharing, discovery, and weekend gathering.”
