I was walking past the new Gantry development in Union Market yesterday and noticed a liquor license posted for a group called “New Restaurant Concepts Inc.” When I looked it up online I found that the principle is Sanjay Mandhaiya, the executive chef at Pappe on 14th Street. Not sure whether it’s a second location of Pappe or not but it appears he’s opening something here.” Read More
