Counter Culture LLC Coming to 2029 P Street, NW
2029 P Street, NW
Back in late Aug. 2012 we learned that Tasti D Lite had closed at 2029 P St, NW in Dupont. Get ready for Counter Culture LLC. Sadly they are not affiliated with counter culture coffee. Looks like Counter Culture LLC deals in wholesale kitchen cabinets. Not sure if that’s the same group but I’ll update whenever the new folks open. Also, still no word on a future tenant for the Columbia Heights Tasti D Lite space.

What is Counter Culture’s website, I want to know more about them. Thanks.
Are you sure about this? I walked by last week and saw a painter covering the walls with graffiti. It’s much more in line with the decor of a coffee shop than a cabinet maker.
Could be an unrelated coffee shop. I called a Counter Culture coffee rep who said they had no plans for this space.
NOOOoooo! I had hoped for another food place. Not a restaurant mind you. I don’t want to keep getting Kebab, Felafel or Pho (the Only real options on P)
