Last night, I noticed tall fencing being put up along Rock Creek Parkway by the Kennedy Center and along Virginia Avenue near the Watergate. I drove past today on 66E, which was gridlocked because RCP was closed and barricaded by dumpster trucks and cops. Any idea what’s going on?”
